Amelia aka DJ Starlight
My name is Amelia aka DJ Starlight. I am one of the very few female djs in the NJ/NYC area trying to make in a mans world. However, I definitely have what it takes to make it in the world of djing. I have a degree in music from Kean University where I studied classical voice and continued to play my trumpet. I am currently teaching music as a public school educator and I am certified to grades k-12 (needless to say I know music). My passion for music has lead me to explore it in different directions and that is how I discovered my love of djing. Having come from such a strong musical back ground I have the skills and knowledge to combine songs in a unique way. Music is my business and no matter what style it is from country music to hip-hop I will keep my audience moving to the beat. I have been improving my DJ skills along side other DJ's like Alex Sensation and the other DJ Kings and it's only going up from here!   <<< Back
